Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Amateur Hardcore gallery. If

What is a "plug-in gallery"?
A plug-in gallery is a way of putting content into your members area without having to
buy CDs or download zips, prepare the images, create all the HTML and then upload it
all to your server.
With the UK Amateurs gallery we take care of all of that for you and you just link to a URL on
our server.
What makes the Amateur Hardcore gallery different to other plug-ins?
A number of things set us apart from other plug-ins:
- We update our gallery very clearly every day - your members will see this and
will keep coming back for more.
- You can customise the entire look of the gallery and make it appear exactly
like the rest of your members area.
- All of the content is shot only by John Mason - a very well known UK photographer. We haven't bought
the rights to use the images from other people, we run the gallery in partnership with John! This gives us
great control over the quality of the content we put in the gallery.
- We feature genuine UK amateurs - a niche that is becoming very, very popular,
especially with European surfers.
- We charge you only on the basis of the number of members you have, not the
amount of bandwidth you use.
By customising you mean I can put my logo on the gallery and change the background and text colours, right?
Wrong! We mean you can actually customise all the HTML for the pages. You can copy and
paste pages from your existing members area!
What if I don't want to bother with customising the gallery?
We have some very good designs which we can set up for you or you can ask us to
customise the gallery for you.
What if I want to change the look of the gallery?
You can login into our clients area at any time and customise the gallery straightaway -
don't worry, you get a preview of the changes before making them "live".
How long does it take to get the gallery set up?
We can have you set up within minutes if you need the gallery urgently.
Usually it takes a couple of hours to set up the pages for a new client, it really
depends on the level of customisation required on them. We guarantee a new client
will be set up within 24 hours.
How often do you update?
We add a brand new photo set every single day, 365 days of the year.
Will my members get access to everything you've added in the past?
Yes. Your members will get immediate and unrestricted access to everything we've added.
How many video clips are there in the gallery?
There are currently 289 video clips in the library totalling 107:59 hours, with more being added every week.
How long is each video clip?
Each clip is between 10 and 20 minutes long. Your members will be able to view the entire clip
in one stream or select 2 minute segments to watch.
How many clips do you add a month?
We add a clip a week, so either 4 or 5 a month totalling about an hour of actual video.
What format are the video clips in?
All the clips are in both Real and Windows Media ("wmv") streaming format at 56k (192x144 res), 128k
(240x180 res) and 256k (320x240 res).
How many pictures are there in the gallery?
There are currently 2,141 individual photo sets with a total of 186,357 pictures in the library, with more being added every day.
How many pictures are there in each photo set?
We aim to have a minimum of 50 pictures in a set, but generally all sets have
between 45 pictures and 175 pictures in them.
How many pictures do you add a month?
We add a photo set a day, so we add anywhere between 1,700 and 2,200 pictures a month.
Can I use the gallery on more than one site?
Yes. We will total up the membership for all the sites you want to use the gallery on and
charge you according to that. Although
we limit it to a maximum of 4 sites, you can customise the look of the gallery for
each of the sites.
Do you have live video or video feeds?
Not at the moment, but this is something we are looking into for the future.
Do you have any pictures I can use in my tour?
Yes, we have a regularly updated selection of pictures you can use as samples.
